LuxeSparkle Cleaning Services – Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to LuxeSparkle Cleaning Services. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any service.
2. Services Provided

LuxeSparkle offers residential and commercial cleaning services, including standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning.

Service availability is subject to location and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for cleaning.
3. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or email.

Full payment is required at the time of booking for one-time services.

Subscription plans are billed monthly, with payments due at the start of each billing cycle.

Late payments may result in service suspension.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling requests require 48 hours’ notice and are subject to availability.

Subscription plan cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
5. Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

If a cancellation is made within the required notice period, a service credit may be applied.

Refunds are only considered in cases of service failure, subject to management review.
6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure safe access to the property for scheduled cleaning.

Personal items should be stored away to allow efficient cleaning.

LuxeSparkle is not responsible for lost or damaged valuables left unsecured.

Pets must be secured during cleaning for the safety of both staff and animals.
7. Liability & Damages

Our team takes great care when cleaning, but LuxeSparkle is not responsible for pre-existing damages.

Any accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion for review.
8. Health & Safety

We do not handle biohazardous materials, mould, pest infestations, or hazardous waste.

Our cleaners reserve the right to refuse service if conditions pose health risks.
9. Privacy Policy

All customer information is kept confidential and used solely for booking, payment, and service communication.

We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
LuxeSparkle Cleaning Services reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
